The HardPass home screen: day 17 of 30, $25 kept not spent, and a button reading “I want to buy something”.

A running list of things HardPass users passed on today, from a $6.50 matcha to a $149 keyboard.

Three steps. One of them is waiting.

Most impulse buys don’t survive contact with tomorrow.

  1. You want it. Log it instead.

Four taps: what it is, roughly what it costs, its category, and what the pull was. Nobody else asks that last one.

  2. It gets parked for 24 hours.

Delay first. Decide later. It waits in the Parking lot with a live countdown.

24 hours are up. Still want “wide-leg jeans”? Skip it and keep the money.

  3. You skip it. The money stays yours.

Every skip adds to a running total, and to a 10-year projection at 10% a year.

Buy it anyway and you log that too. One slip is data, not failure.

No-buy doesn’t mean no life.

Loud budgeting is self-respect.

Every skip turns into a card built for the feed, numbers already on it.

Captions are written from your real stats, in your language.“Didn’t buy it. That’s $340 I get to keep. Loud budgeting era.”

Fair questions.

Does it connect to my bank?

No. Nothing to link, nothing to leak. It works fully offline, and everything stays on your phone unless you turn on the anonymous backup.

Is this a spending tracker?

No. Trackers tell you what you already did. HardPass gets in the way before you do it.

What happens when I log an urge?

It goes to the Parking lot for 24 hours. When the clock runs out you get a notification asking if you still want it. Usually the answer is no.

Where does the 10% come from?

The long-run average of a broad equity index, compounded monthly. It's there to make the money feel real. It isn't advice, and it isn't a return anyone is promising you.

What if I slip?

You log it and move on. Your streak resets, your challenge stays. One slip is data, not failure.

What's free?

The whole loop: challenges, urges, the 24-hour park, skips, streaks and share cards. Pro adds the wealth graph, trigger insights and concurrent challenges.
